As promised, Nelson called us and made an appointment to meet and discuss our needs. Nelson actually showed up and on time. I do not know about you, but I can not tell you how many times I have called other service companies that never even show up. Nelson gave us a written estimate and did not pressure us into making a decision on the spot but rather to call him at a later time if we decided to give Sunshine Tree Trimming the job. After discussing the specifics of the job with my husband, we decided to call Sunshine Tree Trimming. They scheduled to do the work three days after our call.
